The toolbar is located under the menu bar. It contains tools for performing various functions. Buttons become active if they are applicable to the task being performed. Activated buttons are given a brighter color, such as the close and calc buttons below.

- The First, Previous, Next, and Last buttons are used to navigate through records.
- The Add, Update, and Delete buttons perform their stated actions when applicable.
- The List and Search buttons are used for searching through records.
- The Form# and SetFile# fields are efficiency tools for speeding up your workflow.
- The Close button will close the most recently opened form.
- The Calc button will open a calculator.

The First button will go directly to the first entry, depending on the form.

The Previous button will navigate to the previous entry.

The Next button will navigate to the next entry.

The Last button will go directly to the last entry.

The Add button is used for adding new records.

The Update button will unlock fields on the form, making them editable.

The Delete button allows users to delete records. The right to delete data is limited to very few users.

The Search button allows users to search for records based on specified search criteria.

The List button is an extension of search. If a previous search found multiple results, List will re-display those results.

The Audit button will display a log of all the changes associated with a given record.

Every item found on the menu has a number (e.g. 28 for the Clients form). Typing the number and pressing enter in the The Form# field will prompt the form to open directly.

If working on multiple forms for one file, SetFile# will allow you to skip the searching and have the file automatically populate on every form opened.

The Close button closes the most recently opened form. It will close one form per click.

The Calc button opens a calculator.
