Please find additional details below:
The Search button allows users to search for records based on specified search criteria. Search affects which records the navigation buttons (List, First, Previous, Next, Last) will display.
The List button allows you to navigate between records (double-click to navigate). On most forms, List will default to display all results. However, once a search is performed, List will only display the results of the previous search.
The First button will go directly to the first entry of the past search results. First, Previous, Next, and Last can access the same records as List.
The Previous button will navigate to the previous entry.
The Next button will navigate to the next entry.
The Last button will go directly to the last entry.
The Add button is used for adding new records.
The Update button will unlock fields on the form, making them editable.
The Delete button allows users to delete records. The right to delete data is limited to very few users.
The Audit button will display a log of all the changes associated with a given record.
Every form has a form number (e.g. 28 for the Clients form). Typing the number and pressing enter in the Form# field will prompt the form to open directly.
Last Call opens the most recent form. This can be useful if you want to quickly close and reopen a form.
If you have Microsoft Teams, Live Chat will open a Teams chat with CARMIS Support.
Help will open the CARMIS help documentation, which you are currently reading.
The Close button closes the form currently in focus.
