At KCR Community Resources, our Immigrant Services department began using CARMIS in September 2022 to support client management, service delivery, and reporting requirements.
Since its implementation, CARMIS has become a central platform for how we manage client files across multiple programs, track services, and streamline our data uploads to the IRCC iCARE portal.
The system has supported both our federal and provincial reporting needs and it has helped our staff stay organized and consistent in their documentation practices.
