How to use conditional coloring in CARMIS

Finding the specific data you need in CARMIS reports is now easier with Conditional Coloring. This feature allows you to highlight report data based on selected conditions, helping important information stand out and making reports easier to review.

How to add conditional coloring to a report

Step 1: In CARMIS open any report you would like to apply conditional coloring too. For this example we will use 904-Online Intake Request/Inquires.

Step 2: Once your report is generated, add any filters as needed and show data on the report. For more info on filtering reports in CARMIS, please see our article: How to filter reports

Step 3: To add conditional coloring, from the top toolstrip, click 'Conditional Coloring'

Step 6: You can pin specific columns in your report by selecting the 'Pin column' checkbox next to the condition. This will keep the selected column pinned in the report for easier viewing. To unpin a column, simply uncheck the checkbox.

Step 7: You can also remove a condition by clicking the 'Trash' icon beside the condition you want to delete.
