The toolbar is located under the menu bar. It contains the commands needed to perform various functions. Buttons are only active if they are applicable to the task being performed. Buttons in color are active, such as the close and calc buttons below.
The first 4 buttons are used to navigate through client profiles. They are the first, previous, next and last buttons. The add, update and delete buttons will activate depending on the user’s rights and the department the user represents. Refer to the descriptions below to learn more.
The First button will go directly to the first entry, depending on the form.
The Previous button will return the screen to the previous entry. If the screen is on the first entry, an error message will pop up that says “Already on first entry”.
